All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given by these warranties are in addition to other rights and remedies which the Purchaser may have under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranties relate.
If you simply change your mind, we may agree to allow you to return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, providing the item is in a fully saleable condition. You will need to pay the postage cost to return the item to us under these circumstances.
If your product is defective, we'll also pay the return shipping costs as well as offering you the choice of a replacement or a refund.

Please Note: As we use a courier service to enable the secure delivery of all our items, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. You must provide a street delivery address where someone will be available to receive the item during normal business hours.
We currently offer FREE shipping on orders to Mainland Australia only. If you live in an Australian Territory like Christmas Island, please Contact Us for an individual delivery quote prior to ordering your smorgasbord unit.
We currently do not ship to locations outside of Australia but please Contact Us direct for more information as we are extending our delivery capability all the time & we would hate for you to miss out on the joy of owning a smorgasbord unit.
